Commonly known as a Metallic wood boring beetle. Chrysochroa is a genus of “jewel” or metallic wood-boring beetles.

This one is one of the most colourful species of all metallic wood boring beetles. native to Southeast Asian nations such as Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Latin name: Chrysochroa toulgoeti

Approximate length: 4cm

Grown in the Sulawesi, Indonesia, this gorgeous specimen is an excellent piece for any collector/photographer.
